Dear Megan:


How are you? That emotion that already you enter the university, is a great profit that you follow with your studies when I made my examination to enter the ESCA was very nervous but you do not worry that no longer you will be able to see your family they will be very proud of you so that you already entered the university and that these surpassing to you.

It is logical that your family is strange to you but always they are going to be with you aid in everything what your you do, my mother is my better friend she always has supported to me and helped in everything what I need also I have a sister and a brother with them I take very well although sometimes we fought ourselves since we have a character a little hard.

Most of the time I am in the school and is very little what I coexist with my family, for that reason when I am with them (the weekends) treatment to coexist more than can with my brothers and happen pleasant awhile. I like much to travel I have visited very few places but always I know a little but its culture.

In this holidays I like travel a Xalapa because is a beautiful state and exotic places. Also I like search job because I must have experience my race and thus to practice what there am been studying.


I hope that you follow student that and that you enter that University, gave to much taste know me although is by means of letters and thus to be able to practice the English so that fails a little to me.

Hola Melissa!Como estas? Estoy muy bien. Creo que tu interés en la publicidad es muy interesante. El ano pasado, tome una clase de relaciones comerciales y me gusta mucho. A mi, no se las materias que quiero estudiar. Es mi último ano en el colegio y no quiero estar en esta escuela más porque quiero ir a la universidad. Iré a la universidad de Denver, es una escuela con mucho prestigio.Me gustan muchos tipos de música. No tengo un grupo favorito pero me gusta Carrie Underwood, Elvis Costello, Lil Wayne y muchas más. Me gusta bailar también e ir a las fiestas con mis amigos. Nos gustamos ir de compras y tener un buen tiempo. Tengo una familia muy larga y paso mucho tiempo con ellos. Será muy difícil cuando vaya a la universidad y no podré verlos. Cuantas personas hay en tu familia? Tienes un perro o un gato? Yo he jugado el voleibol por nueve anos pero ese ano, no lo juego. Dear Megan

Hi! I am Melissa and I am 19 years old, I study the fourth semester of the race of Commercial Relations, at the moment single I have dedicated myself to study and to attend computation courses.

Single I work in the vacations to obtain a little more experience in my race, but in the free times I like to go to the cinema with my friends, to travel, to go to celebrations, to swim and to be with my family. I am a person very amused and unpredictable although many of my friends consider a little me serious.

My family is most important for me in addition to my friends; I like to coexist much with them and to support them when they need it.

But the reason for this letter is for speak a little more of Mexico Do you visited? It is a very beautiful place and in addition it has much culture, people is very friendly here and they receive to you with a great affection, in addition from which you can visit many places like pyramids you know them? In fact they are two the one of the Sun and the one of the Moon, these two are ruins of our Aztec ancestors and throughout the time they have become an important archaeological zone. As well as the pyramids exist other places like Chichen-Itza more than already it became one of the seven wonders of the world, I wait for you someday you can visit these places since they are part of Mexico and they are very pretty.

I would like to know a little but on your city, I hope that in the next letter you can speak a little to me on the culture of there, its customs and traditions, in Mexico here celebrate many days like the day of the love and the friendship, the breast, of the student but there are some are historical dates.

Dear Melissa

Hi! My name is Megan and I am 17 years old. I am a senior at Highlands Ranch High School and cannot wait to go to college. I want to tell you how excited I am that we have the opportunity to communicate with you and your fellow classmates. I was born July 21, 1990 in Fairfax Virginia. Since then I have moved many times. After Virginia, I have lived in Illinois, North Carolina and finally, here in Colorado. My favorite place I have lived so far is Colorado though, I love skiing and snowboarding in the winter. I have a very large family. My dad’s name is Kevin and my mom’s name is Leigh. I have three younger brothers, Ryan, Kyle and Matthew. They all drive me crazy. I also have a dog, she is 5 and her name is Hula. Some of my interests include playing volleyball, watching sports, hanging out with my friends and going to the pool in the summer. My friends are all crazy but they know how to make me laugh. I currently have a job working for a restaurant called Noodles & Company. We serve many different noodle dishes and they are delicious. Sometimes I enjoy working because it keeps me from being bored after school is over and I have nothing left to do. Also, I love everyone I work with; we really have the best restaurant staff!Lately I have been very stressed because I am trying to decide where I want to go to college after I graduate. I have applied to the University of Denver, the University of Colorado at Boulder, the University of San Diego, and Pepperdine University. Right now my top choice is Pepperdine but I do not know if I have been accepted yet. Waiting for a decision is the hardest part!During my four years at high school I have played volleyball, been a part of the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society and been in DECA. This year, our Varsity team made it to state. My team took fifth place and I am so proud of all my teammates for all the hard work we put in. It was something I will never forget. Even though high school is coming to an end and I am looking forward to going to college I will miss all the friends I have made very much. It was a fun 4 years. I can’t wait to hear back from you! I am very interested about hearing how life in Mexico is and all your hobbies and interests. I am also interested in what classes are like in Mexico and what you do for fun. I would love to know about your culture and traditions as well!
